The church is facing an alarming dropout of young people. It is frequently reported that youth are not turning away from the church because of doctrinal issues, but because of relational issues. The reasons why we are losing them can be studied and investigated, but something needs to be done about it now. Youth want a say in doctrine development, policy formulation, and contribution in ministry. In general, youth want to be recognized, listened to, appreciated and taken into account.

This leadership curriculum seeks to prepare youth and young adult leaders to handle these important issues.
